Vanliga frågor
Vilka städer stöds?
Curbie är i första hand byggd för Stockholm. Andra svenska städer kan tillkomma efter hand i takt med att gatudata samlas in.
Påminnelsen kom inte — varför?
Kontrollera att:
- Notiser är aktiverade för Curbie i iOS-inställningarna (Inställningar → Curbie → Notiser).
- Tidskänsliga notiser är tillåtna (samma plats i Inställningar).
- Du registrerade parkeringen i appen (Curbie kan bara påminna om parkeringar du har registrerat).
- Du har internetuppkoppling så att appen kunde nå servern när du parkerade.
Reglerna i appen stämmer inte med skylten på platsen — vad gäller?
Den faktiska skyltningen gäller alltid. Curbie är ett hjälpmedel; kommunen kan ha satt upp tillfälliga skyltar, ändrat regler eller så kan vår data vara inaktuell. Skicka gärna en rapport till staffan@kilnes.com så ser jag över det.
Hur fungerar delade fordon?
Den som äger fordonet skapar en inbjudningskod som är giltig i 7 dagar. När en annan användare anger koden i sin app blir hen medlem av fordonet och får samma påminnelser som ägaren. Ägaren kan när som helst ta bort en medlem eller återkalla en outnyttjad inbjudan.
Hur tar jag bort mitt konto?
Skicka ett mejl till staffan@kilnes.com från det e-postkonto som är kopplat till ditt Apple-ID, så raderar vi ditt konto och tillhörande data. En in-app-funktion för kontoradering är planerad.
Kostar appen något?
Nej, Curbie är gratis och har ingen reklam, inga köp i appen och ingen prenumeration.

Frequently asked questions
Which cities are supported?
Curbie is primarily built for Stockholm. Other Swedish cities may be added over time as street data is collected.
I didn't get the reminder — why?
Check that:
- Notifications are enabled for Curbie in iOS Settings (Settings → Curbie → Notifications).
- Time-sensitive notifications are allowed (same place in Settings).
- You actually registered the parking in the app (Curbie can only remind you about parkings you have registered).
- You had an internet connection so the app could reach the server when you parked.
The rules in the app don't match the sign on the street — which applies?
The actual posted signage always applies. Curbie is an aid; the municipality may have put up temporary signs, changed rules, or our data may be out of date. Please send a report to staffan@kilnes.com and I'll look into it.
How do shared vehicles work?
The owner of the vehicle creates an invite code that is valid for 7 days. When another user enters the code in their app, they become a member of the vehicle and receive the same reminders as the owner. The owner can remove a member or revoke an unused invite at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Send an email to staffan@kilnes.com from the address tied to your Apple ID, and we'll delete your account and associated data. An in-app account-deletion option is planned.
Does the app cost anything?
No, Curbie is free with no ads, no in-app purchases, and no subscription.
